located at 893 W Station St. in Kankakee.

Is your child new to the water or just starting to take an interest in swimming? Our instructors are Ellis & Assoc. certified lifeguards. All swim lessons follow national standards set forth by the American Red Cross.

Ages: 5-13yrs.

Beginner - No Swimming Experience

Intermediate - Some Swimming Experience

Advanced - Swims Well

In this class parents will be taught the holding and supporting techniques that will enable their child to become comfortable in the water.

 Ages: 6mo.-3yrs.

No reason to pound the pavement!  Use the natural resistance of the water to ease your joints.  Work on muscle strengthening and flexibility and have fun all at the same time!
