choreographed cardio/strength routines. Meets on Monday.
Aqua Kickbox
Learn how to kick, jab,
and cross in an aquatic environment. Meets on Wednesday.
Arthritis Aquatic
Exercise
Learn exercises shown
to reduce pain and stiffness and increase flexibility and
strength. Meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Lazy River Running
Exercise emphasizing
cardiovascular conditioning and strength using the river’s
resistance. Meets Tuesday & Thursday or Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday.
Water Walking
Transitional exercise
program utilizing the resistance of the Lazy River’s current.
Meets Tuesday and Thursday.
Aqua Intervals
Intensity variations
create cardiovascular challenge while toning and strengthening
muscles. Meets on Friday.
Aquastep
Experience the
excitement of a step routine in an aquatic environment. Meets
Tuesday and Thursday.
All swim lesson and
fitness class participants are expected to exit the facility
immediately following the end of their class. The facility will
be completely cleared before Season Pass opening at 11am.
