Group Rates

Groups must be booked in advance to receive discount.

Groups of 20 or more $5.75 per person ages 3 and up; $2 per person ages 2 and under.

 

*Ages 2 and under:

Children who wear diapers must wear tight-fitting rubber pants over their diaper or a swim diaper.

One swim diaper will be provided with each paid admission, or can be purchased for $2 each.

**Ages 3-11: Children ages 3-11 must be accompanied by and individual 16 or older or they will not be permitted into the aquatic center.
Residency Discount:

You must show proof of residency such as driver’s license, real estate tax bill, current water bill, school I.D. or bus pass to receive $2 off your admission price. If you fail to show your proof of residency you will be required to pay the non-resident rate.

A Family is: Identified as parent (s) and/or any unmarried children who are living at home. Sorry, other relatives, babysitters, nannies, etc. may not be included in the Family Pass. Proof of residency for all family members listed on a pass may be requested. Must have a valid picture I.D. with correct address to sign up.
Photo I.D. System:

Photo I.D.’s must be taken of all season pass holders, regardless of age.  Each individual receives his/her own ID Card.

Lost cards: Replacement of  $5

 

Rain Dates: In the event the aquatic park closes due to inclement weather, no refunds or passes will be issued.

 

Weather Related Closings: Call (815) 929-9779 or (815) 939-1311.

 The aquatic center will close only if…

  • There is a threat of violent weather or lightning is sighted (pools close for a waiting period of 30 min.).

  • It is 69 degrees or less. Weather decisions are made twice daily, 11am and 3pm.

  • There is a low attendance.

  • There is a mechanical breakdown.

  • The chemistry for the water is not at acceptable health standards.

  • Any situation that would jeopardize the health or safety of Splash Valley patrons.

  • Management reserves the right to close facility whenever it is deemed in the best interest of KVPD.
